After many presentations, photos and information surrounding the new Mazda 3, are the first data on the reference prices, for now, in United States. At the Geneva Motor Show next March, plus the introduction of the Mazda 3 i-stop and the MPS will secure more information on prices in Europe and the rest of the world.

Versions Sedan and Hatchback leave the market as a whole, and Mazda asserts that it does not feel very optimistic about sales of the 3-series this year, of which 100,000 units were sold in 2008. I Touring version with a 2-liter engine and auto box will be marketed for $ 18,350, about 14,500 €.

The four-door Sport version will sell for $ 19,550 (€ 15,400) and Mazda Hatchback for $ 20,000 (15,800 euros). These prices can be added for about $ 1200 extra a technology package that includes keyless access, power button with “start” and a navigation system with full color display, satellite radio and alarm.
