
The Renesis rotary engine is a dual-rotor masterpiece of automotive engineering. With its 1.3 liter, 238 horsepower with a maximum of 9000 revolutions per minute, helped by a 6-speed manual box, the drive is surprisingly even and level without major ups and downs, making a car much more friendly to the RX-7.

The i 4-door version has variable valve opening at its 2.0-liter engine, with an output of 150 horsepower (145 for PZEV) and increases fuel economy.The S version with the 2.3 liters engine offers a 5-speed automatic box. The Grand Touring version is the first equipment including heated leather seats, lights, automatic climate control and trip computer.
